Shipping & Pickup
Each product listing will outline handling/dispatch time and postage transit time. This will vary depending on the product. Some products can be dispatched within 24 hours, others may take 4-7 business days to be dispatched. Generally products take 2-5 business days for postage to arrive once dispatched depending on the location whether remote town or major Australian city.
We deliver products Australia wide using AUSTRALIA POST E Parcel (for small items) and TNT(for bulky items). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
The product listing will either list FREE FREIGHT, FIXED QUOTE Australia wide, or, SHIPPING CALCULATOR used on bulky items to offer the most competitive rate to your destination.
Once your order has been paid, picked and packed you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can follow on either the Australia Post or Toll Ipec website to monitor it's movement.
If you do not specify for bulky items the driver will require a signature upon delivery otherwise the goods will be returned to the depot requiring a $35 re delivery charge. The goods can be left at the door with no signature, however, authorization must provided at the time of the order. FIND Boardsports will take no responsibility for items left without signature.

Pickup is available from our Dandenong, VIC retail store, however, it is important that you ring or email before you come to pickup your product as some items need to be pre ordered, and prepaid. If you plan on picking up a bulky item that is required to go on the roof of your car, consider if you have the appropriate roof racks. In most cases we can sell soft racks, however, we do not stock permanent racks as required for Kayaks. Please also order these in advance online from FIND to ensure availability.
For all pick-up items, we will only hold the stock for a maximum of 30 days after the customer has been informed that their item is ready for pick up. After the period has ended the stock will be put back on our shelves.
