A narrow version of our popular mini loop band sometimes called a micro band. 

Because of their width, narrow shape and multiple resistances, narrow mini loops are suitable for rehabilitation, prehab and activation exercises.

Mini loops are a great way to teach exercise cues, especially for an exercise like squatting as it forces the patient to keep the band under tension by pushing the knees out forcing the correct muscle to activate.

Latex loop bands are great for strength, coordination, and balance training. These resistance bands are also highly versatile for rehab, prehab, and activation exercises.
