Harvested wild from under the natural rainforest canopy high in the Brazilian mountains, this coffee is certified under four international codes for its organic and environmental protection of forests, birds and wildlife.  Our farmers share a conservationist vision of soil fertility and biodiversity, including a refusal to engage in actions that are harmful to nature.   Working at high altitudes, great care is taken to ensure a full commitment to organic agricultural practices, complemented by intensive planting of native tree spores in order to increase biodiversity and shelter the regions’s native wildlife.  The organic coffee produced at these farms is socially and ecologically sustainable.
