MORGAN RESISTANCE TRAINER SLINGSHOT

The Morgan Slingshot Trainer resistance band helps enhance speed through Overspeed training. This device is used to increase sprinting speeds above normal, providing the most effective training to become fast in a short period of time. It also helps maximise strength, speed, and vertical jumping. Used to train at any angle (for multidirectional quickness and power), the belt attaches to the runners waits and the partner holds a reinforced dual webbed power loop.
