Snow Industry - Manager, Assistant Manager and Retail Assistants

Job description

Find Sports has multiple positions to fill for this upcoming snow season. We are seeking a General Manager, Assistant Manager and Retail Assistants. You will have a passion for all things SNOW and be an excellent team player! The roles will be Full-time and based out of our Dandenong South outlet.

About the Roles

  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Ensure the store is always presented in an exceptional manner.
  • Operation of Point of Sale and EFT facilities
  • Ski and Snowboard boot fitting, waxing and tuning snowboards/skis.
  • Leading the retail team and reaching sales targets (general manager role)
  • Handling warranty claims / returns / exchanges
  • Maintaining weekly rosters, staffing and inventory throughout the season (general manager role)

 

About You

  • Experience in and or knowledge of ski and outdoor activity industry preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Leadership and management experience (general manager role)
  • Time management
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent computer skills

 

Job Details

  • Full-time - AU$20 - AU$40/hour
  • Dandenong South, Victoria
