Click & Collect
Order cut off times are 10am (AEST) business days only.
Free click and collect.
If you have selected Click & Collect for your order, you will be notified by email and via text when your order is ready for pick up from our retail store at 439 Swan Street, Richmond VIC 3121.
Please note that all click & collect orders will be at the store for a maximum of 4 weeks ready for pick up. If you do not collect in this time frame, you will be issued with a store credit and the item will be put back on the shelf.
Standard Shipping ‘Economy’
Free Standard Shipping.

Each product listing will outline handling/dispatch times and postage transit time. This will vary depending on the product.
Leaves warehouse within 2-3 business days. After your item is shipped, please allow another 2-5 business days for metro delivery or 4-7 business days for regional areas for your order to arrive.
Bulky Items
Free Shipping on Bulky Items.

Bulky items are delivered via courier.
Please allow additional time for bulky items depending on your post code location.
This equals 4-8 business days for metro deliveries (excluding weekends) or 6-14 business days for regional deliveries.
The driver will require a signature upon delivery otherwise the goods will be returned to the depot requiring a re-delivery charge to be paid by the customer (determined by each individual depot). The goods can be left at the door with no signature, however, authorization must be provided at the time of the order under ‘customer instructions’ on the checkout page. Find Sports will take no responsibility for items left without signature.
Note: Multi Category Item Ordering
If you order multiple items of products from different categories or brands it is possible that your items may be shipped from different locations, therefore may arrive at different times.
Product listing says: Leaves warehouse after X amount of days.
The product will ship after this time frame and take an additional amount of time to be delivered to you. If you have chosen click and collect, your items will be shipped to our Richmond Store and you will receive a text or call to confirm all items are ready for pickup.
Note: Shipping Suppliers
We deliver products Australia wide using AUSTRALIA POST E Parcel (for small & medium items) and TFM Express (for bulky items). We may also use other shipping suppliers like Couriers Please, Sendle, Toll etc, depending on the type of item, delivery location, and/or delivery timing requirements.
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. If you are unable to add shipping to your order, you may need to get in touch with us to arrange a freight quotation.
Each product listing has a Shipping Calculator which you can use to check the freight cost on that item. Once your order has been paid, picked and packed you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can follow on either the Australia Post or TFM Express website to monitor it's movement.
